Each engagement begins with a discovery call to understand your needs and objectives. We then collaboratively define the scope, timeline, and deliverables. Work typically includes research and analysis, stakeholder interviews where appropriate, and culminates in actionable recommendations delivered through written reports and presentations.

How long does a typical project take?

Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. Rapid policy assessments may take 4-6 weeks, while comprehensive program evaluations typically span 3-6 months. I also offer ongoing advisory arrangements for organizations needing continuous strategic support.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

I offer both remote and on-site consulting. Based in Boston, MA, I regularly work with clients nationwide through virtual meetings and collaboration tools. For projects that benefit from in-person engagement, I'm available for on-site visits and can travel as needed.
